Kia orana and welcome to my new blog post and today at literacy for reading we were learning about Weird and wonderful wild Animals. The side that we had to do was about the different weird and wonderful Animals in the text first we had to read about the Animals and then for the question we had to find it in the reading we did then answer it. At the end of the sides we had to make a posters about one of the wild Animals we learn about and something I would  like you guys to do if you are reading this to please tell me what Animal I did in the comments. The Day of Athletics was held at pt england school, in Te kapua, the bottom field, the top field and somewhere outside of the school gates at the reserve the weather of the day was a beautiful day the sun was shining the skies were a lovely baby blue color.

Leading up through the day I was feeling happy. I was enjoying myself and I had fun with my friends but going on to when we had to do the relay race all my hope of fun went away because I was not fast but I tried my best and I know my teammates did too. 

During the event I mostly hung out with most of the people in my house color. my friends and most of the year 8s in the group. 

The 3 events that stood out for me more were dodge ball, high jump and sprints. At dodge ball, I like this because I love the fun that I had  with my friends. At high jump I loved it because it is one of the sports that I’m good at and I felt like I was trying my best at high jump and sprints. I love how I tried my best. At both high jump and sprints.

The one event that I thought I really put my best effort into is sprinting. The reason why I feel like I tried my best is because I placed for the first time and I could feel like I was pushing myself when I was sprinting. 

To me I really love the whole day of the event because it is my last year and I know that I tried my best at everything I did. I can remember everything on that day the bad times and good times. 

Yes throughout the day I really tried my best and a thing the made me keep going through the day is how it is my last year at pt england school so I really wanted to try my best throughout the whole day even at the sports that my team was losing at.  

I feel like my year group really supports my teammate because my house team didn’t have that many people in the group so some girls came in my house group to help us with the sport we needed more people for. 

A person that I saw who was showing sportsmanship was paege because even though she got anything that was the different color of the house.

Hi and welcome back to my blog post for today at literacy we were talking about Athletics day on friday 7 week 5 we had to do a Reflection about that day and here is my writing about my day at Athletics and the highlight, lowlight thing I was good at, if I would want to go back to that day and relive it just for one day why and why not. We had to listen to the three song and talk about what the rhythm, Melody, Harmony, tempo, dynamics and timbre are in the music we are listening to. Kia orana welcome back to another new blog post, for today blog post it is about the sound of Fiji. Because it was Fiji Language week and the theme for this term is called let the music play my teacher thought about learning about the sound in Fiji. So we learned about the music instruments the Fiji people use. In my work I have a cross word that I have not finished so if you want to have a look and see if you can solved it yourself but if you want to and at the end I have made my own T shirt about Fiji I hope you will like it I try my best. Hi and welcome back to my blog post and it is a new term and we are learning about music and the theme is called let the music play the first team to go up was team 1 there show us a video about make music with the things you have next up was team 2 and it was about how Music can change our Emotions, team 3 one was about different beats and rhythm, team 4 they did how Music change your moon and last up is team 5 what they did was to do are you smarter then a teacher Music from around the world. My favourite team was not a team it was Mr Burt team because I love how they were looking Silly just to make us smile. Coming to the end of my first day back at school and I’m loving the theme for this term bye.

hi and welcome back to my new blog post and today in my literacy class my reading group was reading a book called Tahu and the dancing feathers the story was about a little boy that wanted to help with weaving the new sail but he had to put together feathers for the new sail. he thought that his job was too small but at the end of the story Tahu learnt that big or small job will still play a big part of the sail and the sides have Questions about the story so if you would like to have a look you can thank you for reading my writing hope you have a great day bye. 🙂

Hi hello welcome back to my blog and today for my new blog post is about my role in my community I had to make a poster for my inquiry work I use images and big words and it look as good as I thought it would be. We are back to school from term 2 to term 3. Each term we always have a new theme for the new term so for term 3 the theme is, He rereketanga pai (Positive difference) at the immersion assembly like how we always do the assembly all the teams go up and do a performance or a video.  

The team item I liked the most was Team 3. They did a play that was called the colorful monster. It first started with Miss Sio as a colorful monster and Miss Scanlan with her and she told the colorful monster that she needs to sort out her feelings and Miss Scanlan said that she can help the colorful monster out. They both thought that the monster can put her feeling in a glass jag so it will be sorted so they went one by one through each of her feeling the first feeling was Anger and the person how play as anger was Miss Walker and Miss Moala was explaining what is anger is about. Next up was Mr Uati and he played as sadness and Miss Moala talked about how it okay to be sad sometimes. Then after that was Miss Gomez she played the feeling of joy and again Miss Moala talked about the brightness of joy. The next person who came up was my favourite and it was  my sister and she played the feeling of fear she acted so good that she even hurt herself it was so funny and the very least feeling was calm. Miss Moala was the calm feeling and after the colorful monster and Miss Scanlan came back on the stage and the colorful monster was now the color of pink so Miss Sio was love all along. 

This term, team 5 is learning what our community needs to be better about so we have to find a problem in our community and work out how to fix it and make a positive difference.
